WebI have 97% completion right now. Done all threats, including the one with the collective member, and of course the wanted mission with one as well. I have also completed all story missions (which is where the rest of the Collective members are, and no achievement unlocked. In my challenge menu, it still says 5/6, so it didn’t count one of them.
