That can give you correct light on ONT but no internet on connected devices. WebIf you still get the red light, reset the modem. There is a tiny reset button on the bottom where the cables are attached. It is between the power cord and Ethernet cord. Just slide the bottom cover off and push it with a paper clip end or a pin or something.
