WebI have the issue with this game, and some others (RE2 and RE3 remakes, Death Stranding). Game randomly changes to window for a sec, then it maximizes back to normal, but cuts the max fps to half of the refresh rate ( like it is vsync (half)). Happens when I use gamepad.
