WebJan 14, 2016 · Syphilitic orchitis is an uncommon but well-known etiology of infectious granulomatous orchitis. Two different morphological patterns are recognized in syphilitic orchitis: (1) a fibrotic type and (2) a gummatous type. The fibrotic type is characterized by interstitial peritubular lymphoplasma cell infiltration and peritubular fibrosis. WebThe biopsy result revealed granulomatous orchitis.
