All of the others were left loose, as the gap between two Tees is 1 ¾”, which is wider than my 10 lbs bumper and all of my iron plates.

I sketched one out on the floor of the garage and eyeballed the width I would need for the trough. 10" inside width ended up working well for the Olympic size plates, the smaller diameter plates also fit nicely.
